Senior Software Engineer — Full-Stack SaaS, AI & Platform Engineering

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to take ownership of complex full-stack SaaS, AI, and platform engineering initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on development skills with architectural thinking and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, customer-facing SaaS applications and platform services.
• Build high-quality backend systems using Go and modern frontend experiences using React and TypeScript.
• Own the complete development lifecycle, from technical design and implementation through deployment and production support.
• Design scalable APIs, data models, service integrations, and distributed systems.
• Contribute to CI/CD, deployment, release tooling, AI-agent experiences, monetization, and foundational platform capabilities.
• Drive architectural decisions and identify opportunities to improve scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Establish and improve observability, monitoring, logging, alerting, and production reliability.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and take ownership of solutions through resolution.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering best practices, code reviews, and technical standards.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong production experience.
• Strong experience with React and TypeScript.
• Proven experience designing and building APIs and distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, databases, and service-oriented architectures.
• Experience with system architecture, scalability, reliability, and performance optimization.
• Strong knowledge of observability and production ownership.
• Experience leading technical initiatives and making sound architectural decisions.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with SaaS, cloud platforms, CI/CD, DevOps, or AI-powered products.

Preferred Experience

• Experience building AI/AI-agent powered product capabilities.
• Experience with CI/CD or developer tooling platforms.
• Experience working with large-scale distributed systems.
• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and modern DevOps practices.
• Experience mentoring engineers and driving technical projects from concept to production.
