Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, resource allocation, timelines, and risk assessments.
  • Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Track and monitor project progress, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction through proactive communication, regular updates, and issue resolution.
  • Work closely with Sales and Presales teams to enhance the quality of proposed solutions and client engagement.
  • Identify process improvements and implement strategies to boost productivity and project efficiency.
  • Oversee outsourced partners/vendors and ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with project governance processes and maintain all relevant documentation.
  • Deliver periodic reports and dashboards (MIS) to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate and timely client invoicing and track project profitability.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of hands-on experience in project management within the EdTech, E-Learning, or Corporate Training domains.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles with excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
