Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, emails, and networking.
  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing efforts, website inquiries, and other sources.
  • Follow up on warm leads, turning inquiries into sales opportunities and potential clients.
  • Build rapport and engage with potential customers to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives.
  • Conduct service demonstrations and presentations, effectively communicating the value proposition.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring timely and consistent follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation efforts and ensure alignment with sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and interactions using CRM systems.
  • Develop and execute strategies to ensure successful lead conversion and revenue generation.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the IT industry or technology solutions.
  • Proven experience in generating leads, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong technical knowledge of IT services and products.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo).
  • Ability to understand customer pain points and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Negotiation skills with the ability to close sales and handle objections.
