Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, digital outreach, and other prospecting methods.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and ongoing engagement.
- Prepare and submit competitive proposals, bids, and tenders that align with client requirements and business goals.
- Close sales deals effectively, consistently meeting or exceeding established sales targets.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Stay informed on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to uncover new opportunities.
- Research and build relationships with new clients, fostering trust and collaboration from initial contact through onboarding.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in business development or sales in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services, including software development, cloud solutions, and IT consulting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales tracking systems.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
