Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, digital outreach, and other prospecting methods.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and ongoing engagement.
  • Prepare and submit competitive proposals, bids, and tenders that align with client requirements and business goals.
  • Close sales deals effectively, consistently meeting or exceeding established sales targets.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Stay informed on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to uncover new opportunities.
  • Research and build relationships with new clients, fostering trust and collaboration from initial contact through onboarding.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in business development or sales in the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT products and services, including software development, cloud solutions, and IT consulting.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales tracking systems.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
