OWLSystems Solutions is looking for an experienced UI Frontend Developer to join our team. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing and supporting highly interactive, scalable and performant client-facing Applications
Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex features into existing software architecture, and optimize code for improved efficiency and usability.
- Follow software development processes based on agile methodologies.
- Take ownership for the delivery of software component design, development and maintenance
- Use your critical thinking skills to convert customer requirements into workable and reusable code, participate in code reviews, contribute towards, and apply state-of-the-art approaches.
- Seamlessly integrate into a multi-site, multicultural, and multinational software development team.
- Assist in troubleshooting development and production-related technical issues.
- Communicate progress clearly and concisely to leadership and the development team
Required Candidate profile
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in Web Application Development/ Frontend Development.
- Expert in developing single-page applications with Angular.
- Confident handling of Typescript, CSS and HTML.
- Expertise in RESTFul APIs
- Good understanding of web components
- Passionate about technology, keen to stay up to date with the latest web development trends, and applying the latest technologies to product development
- Outstanding team player and a dynamic individual who is fun to work with.
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science or comparable knowledge in the domain of software and web application development – a Master’s degree would be preferred.
