Mobile App Developer — Interactive Learning Engine (Gamification / React Native)

About the Role

We’re looking for a talented Mobile App Developer who has experience building highly interactive mobile applications, gamification systems, or educational products. You’ll work closely with our existing React Native developer, learning designer, and product team to create a scalable learning engine that can support multiple content types and learning journeys.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and build a reusable lesson engine rather than hard-coded lesson experiences.
2. Support: configurable lesson moments, branching logic, avatar/voice sync, pauses & timing, learner input, animations & micro-interactions, adaptive responses, progress states, achievements, and analytics.
3. Implement smooth, high-performance mobile experiences with strong attention to timing, responsiveness, and user engagement.
4. Work alongside our existing React Native developer and our learning designer.
5. Integrate analytics and event tracking to measure learner engagement and outcomes.
6. Contribute to architecture decisions, reusable components, and scalable mobile development practices.

Required Skills

1. Strong experience with React Native and modern mobile application development.
2. Experience building interactive, animated, or gamified mobile applications.
3. Solid understanding of state management, mobile performance optimization, and scalable application architecture.
4. Experience implementing complex user flows, progression systems, or decision trees.
5. Strong UI/UX sensibility with attention to detail, animations, and user engagement.
6. Experience in EdTech, serious games, simulations, or learning platforms.
7. Experience with conversational AI, AI-driven interactions, or narrative-based experiences.
