Responsibilities
- Creating, curating, scheduling and posting engaging content for various social media platforms
- Maintaining a monthly content calendar for publishing content
- Participate, engage and grow the online community
- Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align community efforts with overall company objectives.
- Engage with community members, respond to inquiries, and provide assistance.
- Encourage meaningful discussions and facilitate knowledge sharing among community members.
- Create compelling and relevant content to stimulate community engagement and discussion.
- Track and analyse community metrics, such as engagement, growth, and sentiment.
Required Candidate profile
- Minimum 1 years of experience in IT Services and Outsourcing Industry
- Knowledge of online community platforms, social media, and community management best practices.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
