Responsibilities

  • Creating, curating, scheduling and posting engaging content for various social media platforms
  • Maintaining a monthly content calendar for publishing content
  • Participate, engage and grow the online community
  • Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align community efforts with overall company objectives.
  • Engage with community members, respond to inquiries, and provide assistance.
  • Encourage meaningful discussions and facilitate knowledge sharing among community members.
  • Create compelling and relevant content to stimulate community engagement and discussion.
  • Track and analyse community metrics, such as engagement, growth, and sentiment.

Required Candidate profile

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in IT Services and Outsourcing Industry
  • Knowledge of online community platforms, social media, and community management best practices.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
