Learning Technology Specialist – LMS / Blackboard

We are seeking a professional with experience in Learning Management Systems (LMS), educational technologies, faculty/user support, and academic process coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and manage LMS platforms such as Blackboard, Moodle, Canvas, or Brightspace.
• Provide user support, troubleshooting, training sessions, and resource development for LMS users.
• Consult with stakeholders on the effective integration of educational technologies into learning environments.
• Support academic and administrative workflows, reporting, compliance activities, and process management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and ensure operational excellence.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience using technology to improve learning, productivity, or performance.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Blackboard, Moodle, Canvas, Brightspace, or other LMS platforms.
• Experience with instructional technology, curriculum support, and faculty training.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage processes, guidelines, and reporting requirements.
