WordPress Developer (3-5 Years)

About the Role

We are seeking a talented WordPress Developer with 3–5 years of experience to build and maintain modern, scalable, and high-performing WordPress websites. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Gutenberg development, block themes, headless/decoupled architectures, and API integrations, with a passion for delivering exceptional content editing experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of WordPress core APIs, hooks, custom post types, taxonomies, and templating.
• Experience developing custom Gutenberg blocks using block.json with a strong focus on editor experience.
• Familiarity with the WordPress Interactivity API for building interactive blocks.
• Expertise in block theme development using theme.json, templates, and patterns.
• Strong proficiency in PHP, JavaScript (ES6+), React, HTML, and CSS/SCSS.
• Experience with GraphQL and REST API integrations.
• Experience working with decoupled/headless WordPress architectures.
• Familiarity with Pantheon and multi-environment workflows.
• Ability to effectively use AI coding tools by validating, debugging, and improving generated code.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
