About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in generating leads, preparing business proposals, and managing client relationships within the IT services domain. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base by identifying new business opportunities through multiple channels including professional networks, online platforms, and direct outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various channels and platforms.
- Create persuasive business proposals and customized responses aligned with client needs.
- Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to define project scopes and prepare accurate estimates.
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.
- Follow up on proposals and leads to achieve business conversion goals.
- Maintain and update a structured database of leads, prospects, and opportunities.
- Contribute to strategy discussions and help define business growth initiatives.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or pre-sales (preferably in IT, web, mobile app, or digital marketing services).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for crafting compelling proposals.
- Strong understanding of project estimation, client needs, and sales processes.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
- Experience using CRM or lead management tools will be an added advantage.
